Renato Chiaria is a senior executive with over 30 years of experience in management in a multinational environment, specialising in program and project management, strategic and financial planning, pricing, process optimisation, and operations management. He joined APCOA in 2025 after serving as Head of Strategic PMO at OCTO Telematics, overseeing project portfolio governance, prioritisation, resource planning, and process improvement.

A qualified Six Sigma Green Belt, Renato has held European Senior Management positions at Hertz Europe and Hertz Italy, where he developed extensive expertise in fleet planning, analytics, pricing, and Lean Sigma. Key achievements include establishing a centralised teams and implementing new management systems, optimising costs for an average fleet of 137,000 vehicles, and overseeing fleet cost budgets of approximately USD 500 million.

APCOA’s Chief Product & Technology Officer, Sean O’Neill, has spent the past 25+ years at the intersection of customer needs, tech & AI possibilities, and business impact.

Prior to joining APCOA in 2026, Sean spent long cycles as CPTO/ CPO/ Product Leader at Amazon, Tesco, and PE scale ups and tech start-ups where he built teams that developed products that customers love. He is also Co-Founder and Chair of MathFi.ai, a native-AI prediction service.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University), is a co-author of multiple patents, and was certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt at Amazon.

Andrea Grassi is Interim Managing Director of APCOA Italy, having taken on the role in 2026 following more than 20 years with the company.

Andrea joined APCOA in 2004 and was appointed Commercial Director in 2010, with responsibility for business development, commercial strategy and marketing. During his tenure, he has played a key role in developing APCOA Italy’s commercial activities and strengthening its market position.

In his current role, Andrea is responsible for leading APCOA Italy and driving the continued development of the business, building on his extensive experience across commercial strategy, business development and marketing.

With over 20 years of experience in developing and managing fast-growing businesses, Maciej has led APCOA Poland as Managing Director since 2010. During his tenure, he has overseen the growth and development of the business, expanded its capabilities and strengthened its position in the Polish market.

Prior to joining APCOA, Maciej was General Director of International Sales & Operations at Sygnity, where he was responsible for the company’s international operations and overseas subsidiaries. This role gave him extensive experience in international business development, operational management and driving growth across multiple markets.

Maciej is a qualified attorney at law and holds an MBA degree.

Katrin brings nearly 30 years of executive experience across automotive, mobility and service industries to her role as Regional Managing Director of APCOA DACH and Luxembourg and as Managing Director of APCOA Deutschland GmbH, a position she has held since 2023.

With extensive General Management and Board experience, Katrin leads APCOA’s operations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg with responsibility spanning business and strategy development, digitalisation, sales and operations, as well as finance and administrative functions.

Prior to joining APCOA, Katrin built and led different international and national businesses or business units. She has held a range of Senior General Management and/or Board positions at Mobivia, ATU, Hertz, Vauxhall, General Motors Europe and Opel.

Rune Feltman is Regional Managing Director of APCOA’s Nordic operations. He joined the company in 2016 and served as Managing Director of Norway before taking on his current role in June 2024.

Rune is responsible for APCOA’s operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, working closely with clients and partners to accelerate digital adoption and deliver more seamless experiences for drivers and app users. The Nordic MDs report directly to Rune.

With a strong background in travel, digitalisation and mobility, Rune has held regional and country leadership roles, including Vice President and Managing Director Nordic at Egencia (an Expedia company) and Regional Managing Director at Kilroy.

With a career spanning 25 years in the Mobility sector, Fabrizio is APCOA’s Chief Supply Chain Officer. Since joining in 2025, Fabrizio is responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain by leveraging cross-country synergies, optimising processes, and leading strategic sourcing initiatives.

His career in mobility began at an industrial level with Toyota, followed by global procurement roles at GM-Fiat Worldwide Purchasing and Alstom Transport. He then moved to the services side with Hertz International, leading procurement and real estate across Europe, and later led global supply chain and operations at OCTO Telematics.

As APCOA’s Group General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Elodie is responsible for overseeing the Group’s legal affairs, corporate governance and compliance, ensuring effective legal risk management and supporting the business as it continues to grow across Europe.

Elodie joined APCOA in 2025, bringing more than a decade of international legal leadership experience from Flowbird Group, a global provider of parking and mobility solutions. During her time there, she held a number of senior roles, including Group General Counsel, ESG Director and Corporate Secretary, leading legal, governance and ESG initiatives while supporting the business through its private equity ownership and strategic development.

Before joining APCOA, Julian held senior finance and operational leadership roles at Applus+, Empark and Indra, where he led large multinational teams deliver strong financial transformation and operational performance.

Jörg Ulrich serves as Chief Growth Officer at APCOA, having joined the company in 2014 and held several senior leadership positions before assuming his current role in June 2025.

As Chief Growth Officer, Jörg leads APCOA’s commercial activities, driving sales capabilities, portfolio management and the use of analytics to strengthen the company’s market position. He is responsible for unlocking new revenue streams, with a focus on digital expansion and value-added services across established and new markets.

Jörg began his career as a banker with the UniCredit Group and also worked at what is now Cortal Consors Bank in Paris, before spending more than a decade in the logistics sector, where he held senior sales leadership roles with Swiss Post, Deutsche Post DHL and Austrian Post.

With more than 25 years’ experience across the automotive, retail and service sectors, and many geographical locations, Mike has held senior HR and operational leadership roles at Hero MotoCorp, Delphi Technologies, Hertz and Tenneco. His experience spans business transformation, organisational effectiveness, succession planning and culture, helping international organisations adapt and grow in changing markets.

Nicola Veratelli joined APCOA in December 2024 as Chief Executive Officer. With a career spanning more than 30 years across five continents, Nicola has led high-impact transformations and digital innovations across the Mobility, Tech, Supply Chain and Industrial sectors.

Before joining APCOA, Nicola was CEO of OCTO Telematics. His extensive management experience also includes senior roles at global businesses such as GlaxoSmithKline, Eaton and Hertz, where he recently served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain, driving multi-million-dollar improvements in revenue, EBITDA and global footprint.

Known for his strategic vision, data-driven leadership and global influence, Nicola is at the forefront of innovation in the mobility ecosystem. He is a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt and a trusted Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company, helping shape the future of smart cities and sustainable mobility.
